Processing Time

  • 100% of orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed and dispatched on the next working day.
  • Orders placed over the weekend are typically dispatched on Monday.

  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday) during regular seasons.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related delays.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing:

  • A link to the courier partner's tracking page

Delivery Costs

Free Delivery on All Orders Across India

We do not charge any shipping fees on orders delivered within India.

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Unavailable recipient
  • Refusal to accept the package

the shipment may be returned to Nation Hub.

In such cases, any shipping, return, or handling charges incurred may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.

Upon Receipt of Your Order

Customers are advised to carefully inspect the package before accepting delivery.

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete:

  1. Refuse delivery of the package, or
  2. Sign the delivery receipt with the remark "Damaged", and
  3. Contact our customer support team on the same day of delivery.

Failure to report damage within a reasonable timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

Bank Holidays

We do not process or deliver orders on bank/public holidays.

Orders scheduled for delivery on such holidays will be delivered on the next available working day.
